My mom and I went to Rancho Cucumunga (that's not how you spell it, by the way). We went to this school called "Los Osos" and their mascot is a grizzly bear. To be honest with you, it didn't look very impressive. It was new (and most new schools aren't that great) and stuff. I mean, you really had to go IN to see the spacious, clean, well organized school!!
So, we went over to the snack bar when we got to the school's gymnasium (pretty darn cool) and started cleaning and sorting the place out. I put price tags on cups of grapes, powerbars ($1-$2), water, and other foods. So I went to where the event was happening (basketball court). The floors were being protected by a blue tarp. So the older people were wiring and stuff. The younger ones were...doing i don't know. So we went outside. Oh, I remember. I was on the top of the seats (bleacher thing) hanging up posters with Natasha(?). It was the team names! They were big posters with a wave and the names. We were taping, peeling, sticking, taking off, REsticking, taking off (yet again), and REsticking. Then we took them off and REstuck them again. PERFECT! Not so much. It looked ok though.
I then went outside and wrapped flowerpots in decortive paper. (So I was working for the decorating comitee...) Then I took them back into the gym. I forgot to mention that there were about 15 people there at about 6. Then by 8, there were over 40. The people there slowly went home...because the whole set up wasn't very well organized. So I helped move things around and helped carry things. (The next morning, sore arms greeted me. LOVELY!!)
I hung out with Angie for a bit. Then Anise came and i let them hang out. So i just helped out and stuff. After that, Ryan came. So we messed around for an hour or so. (He supposedly likes me...xP) Then it was about 10:30 so we went home. We ate potstickers (that's what they are called in english (i think)) and then went to bed!!
Fun working right? Just a bit. It's fun working and TALKING to someone (Natasha). So we talked and talked while putting up poster after poster after poster.
It was all worth it!! I'll see you followers later.
